Group Umrah is a logistics exercise before it is anything else. Twenty or forty people mean one flight allocation rather than twenty separate bookings, a block of rooms in one hotel rather than a scatter across three, coaches rather than cars, and one person responsible for keeping the whole party together.

We handle groups from ten upwards. Above that threshold airlines release group fares, which are usually held with a deposit and finalised closer to departure — this is what allows a group to confirm seats before every individual has paid. Hotels work similarly, with blocks held against a deposit.

Each group is assigned a coordinator who manages the documentation collection, the visa applications, the rooming list, the flight manifest and the ground arrangements. For masjid and madrasah groups travelling with an ameer or a scholar, we work to their schedule for lectures and collective programmes.
