Hotel rates in Makkah and Madinah rise sharply during Ramadan because demand vastly exceeds the rooms available near the Harams, and airfares rise alongside. The package price reflects those underlying costs rather than a premium we add.

It can be. Fasting, crowds, heat and long periods standing in prayer combine in a way that catches people out — particularly older pilgrims. Plan for rest during the day, stay hydrated in non-fasting hours, and choose a hotel close to the Haram if mobility is a concern.
